Today, we continue to support Hockley Smiles and its sibling dental practices with a fully managed IT plan.

Hockley Smiles needed expert IT services at its dental practice near Southend, after acquiring the clinic in 2022. Hockley needed to upgrade much of its current infrastructure to bring it up to the same standard as its other, sibling clinics throughout Essex.

2. Email software was missing and inconsistent across devices
3. The phone system needed to be maintained and managed professionally

How we did it…

Hockley Smiles needed a quick and effective project turnaround so they could focus on delivering excellent care to their patients. This included working in partnership with a local building company to install fresh networking cables and networking points at the clinic.

1. We supplied new business broadband hardware and software, including a full refresh of the phone system and setting up a guest Wi-Fi network for patients
2. We migrated their email services over to Microsoft 365, and fully optimised their new productivity applications and cyber security tools
3. We took over their website domains and hosting, and synced up their email signatures across the business
